Along with her marketing experience and a degree in Media & Communications, she is the company's eagle-eyed trend spotter who knows just how to identify and then expand a target audience. Working with Nicky, her business partner on several projects, Rachel brings technical, analytical, design, and marketing experience to the team. Full of creative ideas yet practical about budgeting, Rachel can develop fresh and effective ways to grow your business. She lives in West Sussex with her husband, two daughters, and Labrador, Poppy, and enjoys traveling.

Nicky is a sales and marketing specialist with an impressive network of contacts. She has held sales and marketing roles in various industries, including commercial radio, and was previously the highest-achieving saleswoman at Spirit FM. With a down-to-earth approach and a focus on creating genuine campaigns for real people, Nicky brings both experience and a proven track record to the table. She resides in West Sussex with her husband and their daughter. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors and experimenting in the kitchen. According to her, if you haven't tried one of her delicious Indian dishes, then you're missing out.

Author, actress, PR and a former Press & Media Relations Manager for Chichester Festival Theatre, Vicky is one of Rocket Sky’s associates. Also a qualified Celebrant, Vicky’s skills and love of people and words combine to bring energy and creative flair to our campaigns.

Katie is an Actor, Director, Videographer and Online Content Producer. Working on a variety of productions, specialising in comedy and museum education, Katie is able to connect different styles of arts & media to create exciting new projects and thrives on new challenges.
Since Graduating with 1st Class BA Honours in Drama & Theatre Arts in 2017, Katie’s range of theatrical & screen experience has been integral in her development as a producer and performer. Recent works include: Videographer & Performer for online videos for The Novium Museum;playing Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz for Spillers Pantomimes; aUK Tour of Cbeebie’s Stage Show Kate & Mim Mim;regular events with the Goodwood Actors Guild. Feature Film work includes Disney’s Mary Poppins Returns, Mamma Mia 2: Here We Go Again and Overlord.
