An expert in the recording and analysing of public opinion, Rachel’s background is in market research and communications. Twinned with her marketing experience and a degree in Media & Communications, she is the companies eagle-eyed trend spotter and knows just how to pinpoint – and then grow – a target audience. Working with Nicky, her business partner on several projects, Rachel brings technical, analytical, design and marketing experience to the team. Sparky with ideas but realistic with budget, Rachel can create fresh and effective ways of building your business. She lives in West Sussex with her husband, two daughters and Labrador, Poppy. She loves to travel.

DIRECTOR & FOUNDER
Sales and marketing specialist Nicky has an enviable book of contacts. Her career includes sales & marketing roles across different industries, including commercial radio. Former Sales Manager at Spirit FM where she was the station’s highest achieving saleswoman, Nicky offers both experience and an impressive track record. Down to earth and up to date, Nicky prides herself on creating real campaigns for real people. She lives in West Sussex with her husband, their thirteen year old daughter and two Labradors. She loves the outdoors, and also experimenting in the kitchen. If you haven’t tried one of Nicky’s delicious Indian dishes then you haven’t lived! ​

Ellie has been with the company from the very start. With a passion for travel and meeting new people, she spent three months in New York working for the YMCA, enabling her to network and make global contacts. Ellie has also worked for the UK’s top make-up brand Benefit Cosmetics for 5 years prior to joining The British Media Company. Ellie graduated from The University of Chichester with a BA (hons) in Media & Communication. With a talent for digital design, she is also an expert at brand collaborations and identifying marketing opportunities.

KIRSTY RUSSELL
PHOTOGRAPHER & CONTENT CREATOR
Kirsty is a stills photographer from Chichester! With an emphasis on storytelling, she has experience photographing everything from high-speed races & team sports, to business interiors, food and portraits! Automotive & events are her soft spot, shooting for big brands such as Goodwood, Alfa Romeo, Fiat and Hagerty, however she loves the challenge of shooting things without wheels too! She has also worked as a video editor for over 4 years, creating everything from 2D animations to long-form documentaries and films. If you do manage to find her without a camera, she’ll probably be out getting her steps in for the day, listening to anything from Groove Armada, or tackling a new 1000 piece puzzle!

MARKETING & CONTENT CREATOR
Max is a guy who loves to travel and has recently been traveling around SE Asia. He is always looking for new places to visit. As a photographer and videographer, his goal is always to capture the best moments of life—food, travel, landscapes—and share them with others. He's also an automotive enthusiast and his dream is to have a drive in the classic Aston Martin DB5. When he's not doing any of those things, he's usually taking photos or videos of his travels and posting them on Instagram.

Joe is the life and sole of the party, coming from a background in marketing and social media in the event and nightlife industry. He has Experience in working with a variety of Influencers and music artists including the likes of, Tom Zanetti, Alex Bowen & Wes Nelson. He has a passion for Social media trends and the latest advances in marketing, his goal is to develop into the Ai marketing world. Alongside this he has produced social campaigns from the initial idea to the design and strategies across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook in both paid and organic. Joe graduated from Southampton university in Digital Music and was a DJ on radio and performed in a variety of nightclubs on the south coast of England for many years before moving into Event marketing.

Katie is an Actor, Director, Videographer and Online Content Producer. Working on a variety of productions, specialising in comedy and museum education, Katie is able to connect different styles of arts & media to create exciting new projects and thrives on new challenges.
Since Graduating with 1st Class BA Honours in Drama & Theatre Arts in 2017, Katie’s range of theatrical & screen experience has been integral in her development as a producer and performer. Recent works include: Videographer & Performer for online videos for The Novium Museum;playing Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz for Spillers Pantomimes; aUK Tour of Cbeebie’s Stage Show Kate & Mim Mim;regular events with the Goodwood Actors Guild. Feature Film work includes Disney’s Mary Poppins Returns, Mamma Mia 2: Here We Go Again and Overlord.
